Prepared at The 2006 Annual Harpoon Brewery Championships of New England Barbecue in Windsor, Vermont

1 Package of King Arthur Garlic Grilling Bread (www.bakerscatalogue.com)
1 Bottle of VT Made Richard's Hot or Mild Barbecue Sauce (www.vtmadebbqu.com)
1 Pkg Cabot Hunters Cheese
1 Pkg King Arthur Pizza Seasonsing

Prepare dough according to Garlic Bread Mix directions and grill.
Topping: Layer of VT Made Richard's Barbecue Sauce. Grated or Shredded Cabot Hunter Cheese.
Continue to grill until hot and bubbly
Remove from Grill: Sprinkle with King Arthur Pizza Seasoning.
