• Refunds will only be given on damaged merchandise and only when a replacement is unavailable, and only after customer has first contacted VT Made Richard's Sauces within 48 hours of receiving merchandise. Authorized returns to VT Made Richard's Sauces for any reason other than damage, will be issued as a full refund in the form of an in-store credit. Customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling charges on all non-damaged items.
• If an item is damaged, or if we sent the wrong item, we will pay for the return shipping, and we will get the correct item to you at no extra cost.
• All returns or packages we are not notified of within 48 hours of receiving will not be accepted. Please call us first to make arrangements.
• VT Made Richard's Sauces will do everything possible to insure your satisfaction with the service and products purchased on our website.
• We will do our best to help with any and all inquiries concerning our services and products.
Damaged Deliveries
If your shipment arrives damaged, refuse delivery and call us. In this rare event, we will ship a replacement unit at no additional cost to you and we will be responsible for all shipping claims. If you cancel your order due to a damaged shipment, and you do not allow us to ship a replacement to you at no additional cost, we will file the shipping claim on your behalf and credit your account once we receive reimbursement from the shipping company. This process typically takes 45-60 days.
